This electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective tube. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source, and the protective tube is made of carbon steel or stainless steel. It has large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal device part is divided into ordinary type using iron-drawn cup-shaped casing, and special type using bolted explosion-proof device casing seal. It meets the requirements of explosion-proof mark dⅡBT4 and protection level IP54 series standards. The electric heater is connected to the oil tank body by flange. The protective tube isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the tank; only the heater core needs to be pulled out and replaced with a new one, making maintenance convenient. The protective tube has a large contact area with the heated oil, so the oil will not carbonize due to local high temperature. It has long service life, safety, and reliability.
In the outline dimension drawing, dimension "B" must be fully immersed in oil to avoid burning the element. The heated oil should be non-corrosive.
2. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, reduce the voltage during use, and then increase to rated voltage after melting to prevent heat concentration from reducing the element's service life.
3. If carbon deposits are found on the tube surface, they must be completely removed before reuse to avoid reducing efficiency or even burning out the element.
4. The element should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, it can be dried in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or the element can be energized at low voltage for several hours) to restore insulation resistance.
