Circulation Type Electric Heater
I. Overview of Circulation Type Electric Heater:
The circulation type electric heater is an internationally popular high-quality, long-life electric heating equipment. It is used for raising, maintaining, and heating the temperature of flowing liquid and gaseous media. When the heating medium passes through the heating chamber of the electric heater under pressure, the fluid thermodynamic principle is applied to uniformly remove the huge amount of heat generated by the electric heating elements during operation, thereby raising the temperature of the heated medium to meet the user's process requirements.
Working Principle
The circulation type electric heater converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the material to be heated. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters the inlet through the pipeline under pressure, flows along the specific heat exchange channels inside the electric heating container, and follows the path designed based on fluid thermodynamic principles to carry away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating elements during operation, thereby raising the temperature of the heated medium. The outlet of the electric heater provides the high-temperature medium required by the process. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet, ensuring uniform temperature of the medium at the outlet. When the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device immediately cuts off the heating power supply, preventing the heated material from overheating, coking, deteriorating, or carbonizing, which could otherwise damage the heating element. This effectively extends the service life of the electric heater.
II. Application Scope of Circulation Type Electric Heater:
Typical applications of the circulation type electric heater mainly include:
