Detailed Introduction of SRZ Steel Belt Wound Steam Radiator
◇ The SRZ type is an air heater used for heating air in both steam systems and hot water systems. It is mainly used for air heating in warm air heating, air conditioning systems, and drying devices. It is the main equipment in hot air devices and is widely used in the heating and ventilation systems of current industrial and mining enterprises and various large buildings.
◇ The heat medium used by the radiator can be steam or hot water. The working pressure of steam is 0.3-0.8MPa/cm², and the temperature of hot water and steam can be around 130-70°C.
◇ The SRZ type radiator is mainly composed of three rows of staggered spiral finned tube bundles. The finned tubes are made of ￠25×2mm seamless steel tubes wound with 12.5×0.4mm corrugated steel strips.
◇ The SRZ type radiator features compact structure, beautiful appearance, easy installation, convenient management, and durability. It is suitable not only for centralized air supply heating but also for local heating or other purposes.
◇ SRZ type numbering method:
Model—rounded length of the ventilation cross-section in decimeters × rounded width of the ventilation cross-section in decimeters (fin spacing code). For example, if the length of the ventilation cross-section is 1505mm, the width is 1001mm, large type, and the fin spacing is 5mm, then it is SRZ-15×10(D)
