A tubular electric heating element is an electric heating element made by placing a resistance wire in a metal tube, tightly filling the gaps with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that has good heat resistance, thermal conductivity, and insulation, and then processing it through other processes. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, safety and reliability, easy installation, and long service life. It is widely used in various devices such as nitrate salt baths, water tanks, oil tanks, acid and alkali baths for heating, as well as molten metal melting furnaces, air heating furnaces, drying ovens, hot press molds, etc.
Its types can be divided into
1. GYQ type air tubular electric heating element.
2. GYS type water tubular electric heating element.
3. GYXY type nitrate salt solution and GYJ type alkali solution tubular electric heating element.
4. GYY type oil tubular electric heating element.
5. GYM type cast aluminum tubular electric heating element.
6. GYM type mold tubular heating element (commonly single-head heating rod or single-head heating tube).
