2. Features:
1. The terminal box is improved based on the SRYY6 series heater, giving the heater explosion-proof capability, with explosion-proof rating up to ExdⅡBT/CT 1-4. The heater adopts multiple U-shaped electric heating elements with multiple special-shaped sheaths, featuring large heat dissipation area, fast heat transfer, long service life, and easy replacement and maintenance.
2. Since the electric heater uses multiple U-shaped electric heating elements with multiple special-shaped sheaths, if a certain heating element in the assembly is damaged or faulty, only the problematic single heating element needs to be replaced without replacing the entire heating source, greatly reducing the user's subsequent investment.
3. The surface load design is determined according to customer needs, generally choosing as close to 0.7 W/cm² as possible.
4. The heater can be optionally equipped with liquid expansion thermostat, manual reset, AC contactor and other electrical equipment. If the heater needs temperature adjustment function, only a temperature control device is required. Customers should add the letter "T" after the model when ordering; if automatic constant temperature function is needed, the heater must be equipped with a thermostat and contactor, and the letter "TH" should be added after the model when ordering.

3. Usage, Maintenance and Precautions:
1. Dimension "B" in the outline drawing must be fully immersed in the oil to avoid burning the assembly.
2. The heated medium should be non-corrosive.
3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, reduce the voltage first, then increase to rated voltage after melting to prevent excessive heat concentration that reduces element life.
4. If carbon deposits are found on the heating tube surface, remove the carbon completely before use to avoid reduced efficiency or even burning of the assembly.
5. The heater should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm after long-term storage, dry it in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or apply low voltage to the assembly for several hours) to restore insulation resistance.
