HRY1HRY2HRY3 Sheath-type Electric Heater
It consists of a heating core and a protective sheath. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source, and the protective sheath is made of thin stainless steel. It has a large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal device part is divided into ordinary type (using iron-made drawn cup-shaped casing) and special type (using bolted explosion-proof casing sealing). The special type meets the requirements of explosion-proof mark dllCT4 and protection level IP65 series standards.
2. The electric heater is connected to the oil tank container body by flange. The sheath isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When maintaining the electric heater, there is no need to drain the oil in the tank; only the heating core needs to be pulled out and replaced with a new one, making maintenance convenient.
3. During design, the contact area between the sheath and the heated oil should be considered to prevent local carbonization of the oil due to excessive heating temperature. This model heater is only suitable for heating oil with good heat transfer effect.

2. Working voltage tolerance: not greater than 1.1 times the rated value. The shell should be effectively grounded.
3. Working environment: relative humidity not greater than 95%, no explosive, flammable, or corrosive gases.
4. Metal tube material: 10# steel
5. Maximum working temperature: 100℃
6. Working pressure: <0.6MPa
7. Oil tank opening: ≥Ø65
Usage, Maintenance, and Precautions:
1. Dimension "B" in the outline drawing must be fully immersed in oil to avoid burning the components. The heated oil should be non-corrosive.
2. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, reduce the voltage during use, and then increase to rated voltage after melting to prevent heat concentration and reduce component service life.
3. If carbon deposits are found on the tube surface, they must be removed before use to avoid reduced efficiency or even burning of components.
4. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1MΩ due to long-term storage, dry in an oven at about 200℃ for several hours or apply low voltage to the component for several hours to restore insulation resistance.
