Parallel type: Parallel constant power electric heating tape is composed of multiple heating sections connected in parallel along the entire length, so it is referred to as parallel electric heating tape. It can be cut arbitrarily according to the actual length, and the temperature of the medium can be automatically controlled by configuring explosion-proof temperature controllers and control boxes (cabinets). Working principle:
The power bus consists of two parallel insulated copper core wires, with resistance wires wound on their surface. The resistance wires are connected to the bus at certain intervals (heating sections), forming a continuous parallel resistance. When the bus is energized, each parallel resistance generates heat, forming a continuous electric heating tape.
