Vacuum Drying Oven
The vacuum drying oven is a relatively old drying equipment. As early as the 1980s, it was widely used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, mainly for drying and heating substances. However, later due to the inconvenience of cleaning and sterilizing the material trays, long drying time, and increased labor intensity for workers, it has been rarely used. Now it is mainly used for heat treatment in small and medium processes for Sullair air compressor parts.

    The interior of the drying oven is divided into multiple layers by heating plates. The heating plates use hot water or low-pressure steam as the heating medium. The drugs to be heated and dried are placed on the material trays, the oven door is closed, and a vacuum pump is used to evacuate the oven. The heating plates circulate the heating medium during operation, heating the drugs to the set temperature. Moisture is evaporated and gradually extracted along with the vacuum. The vacuum drying oven is easy to control and allows condensation recovery of evaporated solvents. During the drying process, the drugs are not contaminated. It can be used for sterilization and heat treatment of pharmaceutical packaging materials. The equipment is widely applicable in industries such as pharmaceutical chemicals, electronics, instruments, and meters, for vacuum drying treatment of materials, parts, complete machines, and products.

    Precautions for Vacuum Drying Oven:

    1.Vacuum Drying Oven is a high-power high-temperature heating equipment. During use, attention should be paid to safety to prevent fire;

    2. During operation, operators should prevent electric shock or burns;

    3. Do not place acidic, corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials near the oven;

  4. During operation, do not exceed the specified temperature, as it may damage the electric heating elements;

    5. When placing items, materials should not block the exhaust holes and air ducts. Heat up slowly during the drying process;

    6. Regularly clean residues inside the oven to keep the equipment clean;

    7. Regularly check whether the wiring of the circuit system is intact.
