Usage Notice:
In terms of control, an interlock must be added between the fan and the heater to ensure that the heater starts only after the fan has started. After the heater stops, the fan must continue to run for at least 3 minutes to prevent overheating and damage to the heater. Single-circuit wiring must comply with NEC standards, and the current in each branch must not exceed 48A. The gas pressure for duct heaters generally does not exceed 0.3 kg/cm². If higher pressure is required, please choose a circulation heater. The maximum temperature for low-temperature heaters is 160°C; for medium-temperature heaters, 260°C; and for high-temperature heaters, 500°C.

Installation Methods
Users can choose various suitable installation methods according to actual conditions.Due to the special nature of air duct heaters,
the outer shell is generally made of stainless steel or galvanized sheet,
while the heating part is mostly made of stainless steel. If carbon steel material is required, special instructions must be given.
Other Notes
Air duct heater service life is a major concern. Imported heaters can last up to 10 years, while domestic heaters vary by temperature. Generally, low-temperature heaters have the longest service life, while high-temperature ones require frequent inspection.Many domestic manufacturers of low-temperature heaters can meet national standards, but for high-temperature, long-life air duct heaters, due to constraints in process, materials, and testing standards, not many manufacturers can produce them. Well-known domestic brands like Shanghai Shanglong and Shanghai Dire can generally ensure long continuous service life (3000-10000 hours, 4-12 months). Many second-tier brands typically guarantee half a year to one year, but in actual continuous use, problems may arise due to various reasons.
