After adding a protective sheath, this electric heater has a large heating area and fast heat transfer, effectively preventing carbonization of the heated medium. Since the electric heater is connected to the box via a flange, the heater is isolated from the heating medium, making maintenance convenient. During repair, simply extract the heating core and replace it with a new heater.
II. Electric Heater GYY2 380V 2KW Application:
This heater is an explosion-proof type, widely used in industries such as petrochemical and metallurgy in China. However, its service life is shorter than that of other new types of heaters. Its heating power per unit area is relatively high, making it prone to carbon deposition on the heater surface. Especially for heaters above 5KW, the normal service life is only about 3 years. Therefore, this heater is not a recommended product of our company. III.
