Tubular Electric Heater Manufacturer
Flange Heater is composed of multiple heating tubes welded onto a flange for centralized heating. It is mainly used for heating in open or closed solution tanks and circulation systems.
Flange Heater adopts U-shaped tubular electric heating elements. According to the design specifications for different heating media and power configuration requirements, it is assembled on the flange cover and inserted into the material to be heated. The large amount of heat generated by the heating element during operation is conducted to the heated medium, raising its temperature to meet the required process requirements. When the medium temperature reaches the set value required by the process, the control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal after PID calculation, achieving temperature control for the resistive load of the heating element. This ensures uniform medium temperature and meets the required specifications.
Flange Heater has the following advantages:
1. High surface power, which is 2 to 4 times the surface load of air heating.
2. Highly dense and compact structure. Due to its short and dense overall design, it has good stability and requires no support for installation.
3. The combined type mostly uses argon arc welding to connect the electric heating tubes to the flange, or it can use a fastening device form, where each electric heating tube is welded with a fastener. Then it is locked with the flange cover using nuts. The tubes and fasteners are argon arc welded, ensuring no leakage. The sealing part of the fastener adopts scientific technology. Single tube replacement is extremely convenient, greatly saving future maintenance costs.
Flange heaters can be widely used for heating water, oil, air, nitrate salt solutions, acid solutions, alkali solutions, and low-melting-point metals (aluminum, zinc, tin, Babbit alloy, etc.).
Duct Heater: Mainly used in the air duct of air heating systems for blowing hot air. It can also be used as a heating element for various ovens and electric furnaces.
Single-End Heater: Used for heating media where connections cannot be made at both ends. Suitable for use in hot core boxes, core shooters, molds, and other equipment.
Heating of Nitrate Salt Solutions, Oil, and Water: Formed by welding bent tubular electric heating elements onto a flange. Used for heating in open or closed solution tanks and circulation systems.
