Ceramic Head Heating Coil
It is made of high-quality nickel-chromium alloy heating wire as the heating element, using natural mica as the insulation layer, and the outer layer is made of 0.3-0.5mm high-quality stainless steel as the heat conduction layer. According to customer requirements, it can be processed into coils, plates, and various special-shaped products. The heating temperature can reach about 200°C.

Surface Load of Mica Electric Heating Coil
The normal surface load of mica heating coil is 2.5-3 watts per square centimeter. Customers should maintain normal power according to the required power range to protect the service life of the heating coil.
