2. Working voltage tolerance: not greater than 1.1 times its rated value. The shell should be effectively grounded.
3. Working environment: relative humidity not greater than 95%, no explosive, flammable, or corrosive gases.
4. Metal tube material: No. 10 steel or stainless steel.
5. Maximum working temperature: 300°C
6. Fastener: M22×1.5, length 45 mm.

III. SRQ type air heater use, maintenance, and precautions:
1. Components are generally arranged in a staggered pattern in the duct, with a relative distance between two components greater than 40 mm, so that the flowing air can be fully heated. The duct should be insulated around to reduce heat loss. Generally, the air velocity in the duct is 8-12 m/s, which is appropriate.
2. The terminals of the components should be installed outside the insulation layer, and the effective heating part should not be covered with insulation to avoid burning the components.
3. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, it can be restored by drying in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or by applying low voltage to the components for several hours).

IV. Heater daily maintenance
1. After the heater has been running for a period of time (depending on user usage), unscrew the igniter to clean carbon deposits. If the igniter wire is burned out, remove and replace it with a new one.
2. If excessive carbon deposits cause reduced thermal efficiency, clean the heat sink on the inner wall of the water jacket and the carbon deposits in the combustion chamber.
3. If the air intake pipe, exhaust pipe, and oil drip pipe of the heater main unit are blocked by mud, clean and unblock them in time. Keep the heater compartment clean, and do not place flammable debris around it.
4. Ensure the fuel tank, fuel pipe, and fuel filter solenoid valve are clean to prevent dirt from blocking the fuel circuit.
5. Use antifreeze suitable for the ambient temperature as the circulating heating medium in the heater circulation system.
6. Regularly check the heater water pump according to user usage. If the water seal component leaks or the pump has difficulty starting or running, repair it in time.
7. The automatic control box, fuel filter solenoid valve, and other electrical components on the heater main unit should be maintained according to general low-voltage electrical appliance maintenance methods. The performance parameters of the automatic control box have been carefully debugged by the manufacturer before leaving the factory; users should not modify them arbitrarily.
8. Ensure the thermal control components are in good condition, and check them regularly. If the micro switch malfunctions or is damaged, replace it in time.
9. The main motor used in the heater generally does not require maintenance for 5000 hours under normal conditions. If it malfunctions due to prolonged use or other reasons, inspect it, check the carbon brush wear or bearing lubrication, and add lubricating grease or replace carbon brushes if necessary.
10. During the warm season when the heater is not in use, start it regularly 4-5 times, each time running for about 5 minutes, to ensure the heater operates normally the next time it is used.
