Working Principle:
The pipeline insulation electric heat tracing system consists of self-regulating heating cables wound or laid in various ways on the outside of pipes or tanks, with insulation material laid on the outside. One end of the self-regulating heating cable is connected to a thermostat to accurately control the anti-freeze operation of the heating cable. When the temperature sensor detects that the pipe temperature is lower than the set temperature, the thermostat turns on the power, and the self-regulating heating cable starts to operate. When the temperature sensor detects that the pipe temperature is higher than the set temperature, the thermostat turns off the power, allowing the self-regulating heating cable to operate in the most economical and reasonable state and meet the anti-freeze and anti-blocking requirements of the medium.
The use of electric heat tracing products is a concealed project. Its installation and use are related to electricity, and ensuring safe operation is key. To standardize the use of fire-fighting electric heat tracing products, please purchase regular products, beware of being deceived, to avoid future maintenance and repair troubles.
