This electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective tube. The heating core uses a tubular electric heating element as the heat source, and the protective tube is made of carbon steel or stainless steel. It has a large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The terminal device part is divided into ordinary type using an iron stretched cup-shaped shell, and special type using a bolted explosion-proof device shell seal. It meets the requirements of the explosion-proof mark dⅡBT4 and protection level IP54 series standards.
The electric heater is connected to the oil tank body by flanges. The protective tube isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When replacing the electric heater, it is not necessary to drain the oil from the tank. Only need to pull out the heater core and replace it with a new one, which is easy to maintain.
The protective tube has a large contact area with the heated oil, so the oil will not carbonize due to local high temperature. It has a long service life, is safe and reliable.
