Pipeline electric heater is an electric heating device used to heat pipelines or the media inside them. It consists of a temperature control unit composed of a microcontroller and a temperature sensor, and also has two bearing bush-shaped metal inner shells, with one electric heating tube fixed on the inner wall of each metal inner shell. It also has two bearing bush-shaped molded thermal conductive layers made of thermal conductive material for fitting onto the pipeline, with the outer wall of the molded thermal conductive layer fitting the inner wall of the two metal inner shells.
