Heating Ring Structure
Structure and Application
The heating ring is wrapped with a thin metal plate (aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, etc.). Typical applications include electric water heaters. The metal tubular electric heating element is cast into an aluminum plate or aluminum disk, or welded or embedded on an aluminum plate or aluminum disk to form various shapes of electric heating plates and electric heating. Typical applications include electric rice cookers, electric irons, electric coffee pots, etc.
Introduction to Heating Ring
Converting electrical energy into thermal energy to heat objects is a form of electrical energy utilization. Compared with general fuel heating, electric heating can achieve higher temperatures (e.g., arc heating can reach temperatures above 3000°C), making it easy to achieve automatic temperature control and remote control. The heated object can be maintained at a certain temperature distribution as needed. Electric heating can generate heat directly inside the heated object, thus having high thermal efficiency, fast heating speed, and can achieve uniform overall heating or local heating (including surface heating) according to the requirements of the heating process. It is easy to achieve vacuum heating and controlled atmosphere heating. During the electric heating process, less waste gas, residues, and smoke are produced, keeping the heated object clean and not polluting the environment. Therefore, electric heating is widely used in production, scientific research, and testing fields. Especially in the manufacturing of single crystals and transistors, mechanical parts and surface quenching, smelting of ferroalloys, and manufacturing of artificial graphite, electric heating methods are used.
