Explosion-proof electric heater is a device that consumes electrical energy and converts it into heat energy to heat the material to be heated. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters the input port through the pipeline under pressure, flows along the specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating container, and follows the path designed based on fluid thermodynamics principles, taking away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating element during operation, thereby raising the temperature of the heated medium. The outlet of the electric heater obtains the high-temperature medium required by the process. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet, making the medium temperature at the outlet uniform. When the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply, preventing the heated material from overheating and causing coking, deterioration, carbonization, or even burning out the heating element in severe cases, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.

Explosion-proof heaters are generally used in hazardous occasions where explosions may occur. Since the surrounding environment contains various flammable and explosive oils, gases, dust, etc., once they come into contact with electric sparks, explosions can occur. Therefore, heating in such occasions requires the use of explosion-proof heaters. The main explosion-proof measure of the explosion-proof heater is that there is an explosion-proof device in the junction box of the heater to eliminate the risk of electric spark ignition. For different heating occasions, the explosion-proof level requirements of the heater are also different, depending on the specific situation.
