| Circulation Electric Heater Product Overview The circulation electric heater heats fluid through forced convection. That is, a pump is used to pump the fluid into the heating chamber at one end of the heater, and after heating, it flows out from the other end. It is a heating method that uses a pump for forced circulation. Compared with traditional heating methods, it has significant energy savings, scientific process, easy installation and use, and obvious economic benefits. Features of circulation electric heater: 1. Small size, high power: The heater mainly uses cluster tubular heating elements internally, with each cluster tubular electric heating element having a maximum power of 1MW. 2. Fast thermal response, high temperature control accuracy, high overall thermal efficiency. 3. Wide application range, strong adaptability: The heater can be used in explosion-proof or ordinary environments, with explosion-proof grades up to B and C, and pressure resistance up to 20Mpa. The cylinder can be installed vertically or horizontally according to user needs. 4. High heating temperature: The maximum working temperature of the heater can reach 650°C, which is not achievable with ordinary heat exchangers. 5. Fully automatic control: Through the circuit design of the heater, automatic control of parameters such as outlet temperature, pressure, and flow can be easily achieved, and it can be connected to a computer network for human-machine interaction. 6. Long life, high reliability: The heater is made of special electric heating materials, and the design power load is conservative. The heater adopts multiple protections, greatly increasing its safety and service life. Applications of Circulation Electric Heater 1. Heating of fluid media in oil fields, refineries, chemical plants, and other industries. 2. Various water heating, including water heating in civil bathrooms and industrial process water heating. 3. Heating of hydrocarbons, including heat transfer oil, fuel oil, asphalt, paraffin, etc. 4. Gas heating, including H2, N2, various inert gases, and organic gas mixtures. 5. Heating of cleaning machines and ice melting tanks, including NaOH solution and various detergents. 6. Air heating, suitable for powder drying under certain pressure, chemical processes, and spray drying. 7. Heating of superheated steam. |
