Ceramic Heating Coil
Ceramic heating coils are not made by the common mica winding method, but by threading ceramic strips with wire. Therefore, the power of this ceramic heating coil is 0.5 to 1.5 times higher than ordinary ones. The heating element is made of imported round wire wound into a spring shape and threaded into ceramic strips. The outer shell is made of Japanese stainless steel, and high-temperature insulation cotton (aluminum silicate fiber board) is used in the middle to prevent heat leakage. The ceramic strips are high-frequency ceramics, characterized by fast heat transfer, hardness, resistance to breakage, and resistance to deformation and aging at high temperatures.
Features of ceramic heating coils:
1. Ceramic heating coils have fast heat transfer, uniform heating, and stable operation.
2. Ceramic heating coils prevent heat leakage, save electricity, and the outer shell is not hot to the touch, ensuring safe operation.
3. The power of ceramic heating coils is high; due to the threading method of ceramic strips, the power is 0.5 to 1.5 times higher than ordinary ones.
4. Ceramic heating coils use European and American high-temperature resistant heating wires, featuring fast heat dissipation, uniform heating, and high-temperature stability, and can be used for a long time at 600-800°C.
5. Ceramic heating coils have a long service life because the raw materials age slowly at high temperatures.
6. Ceramic heating coils meet the national GB technical requirements. Power deviation is +5% to -10%.
7. Electrical strength of ceramic heating coils: tested with a voltage of 1500V/50Hz sinusoidal AC voltage for 1 minute without breakdown.
