Circulating Electric Heater
Circulating Electric Heater is a device that heats flowing media through forced convection. It is composed of an immersion electric heater installed inside a pressure vessel. During operation, a pump forces the flowing medium into the heating chamber for heating. The heated medium exits from the other end of the heater, and it is a heating method that uses forced circulation via a pump.
Features:
Compact size, high power. The circulating heater mainly uses immersion heaters internally, with a maximum power of up to 1MW.
Fast heating speed, high temperature control accuracy, and high thermal efficiency.
Wide application range and strong adaptability: Circulating heaters can be used in explosion-proof or ordinary environments, with explosion-proof grades up to Class B and Class C, and pressure resistance up to 20MPa.
High heating temperature: The maximum working temperature of the circulating heater is designed to reach 650°C.
Fully automatic control: Through the control system design of the circulating heater, automatic control of parameters such as outlet temperature, pressure, and flow rate can be easily achieved, and it can be connected to a computer network for human-machine interaction.
Long lifespan and high reliability: Circulating heaters are designed with corresponding power loads for different applications and adopt multiple protections, greatly enhancing the safety and lifespan of the heater.
Applications:
Various water heating, including water heating in civil bathrooms and industrial process water heating.
Heating of hydrocarbons, including heat transfer oil, fuel oil, asphalt, paraffin, etc.
Heating of cleaning machines and ice melting tanks, including NaOH solution and various detergents.
