Single head heating tubes can be divided into non-fastener straight rod type, threaded installation type, limit baffle type, 4-5 wire temperature measuring type, right angle L type, special shape, etc. according to the external structure. Depending on the material of the tube shell, the temperature range is from 0 to 1000°C.
I. Technical Parameters of Single Head Heating Tube:
1. Operating conditions: ambient temperature -15°C to +60°C, relative humidity <80%;
2. Electrical strength: cold withstand voltage 1500V 50HZ for 1MIN without breakdown;
4. Leakage current ≤0.5MA; insulation resistance ≥50MΩ;
5. Power deviation +5%, -10% or 10W, whichever is greater.
II. Specifications of Single Head Heating Tube:
1. Tube diameter: Φ3mm-Φ30mm,
2. Single tube length: 15mm-6000mm;
3. Material: iron, stainless steel, copper, titanium tube, imported materials;
4. Surface load designed according to different heating media:
(1) Air dry burning: 1-4W/cm2;
(2) Water heating: 6-8W/cm2, oil heating: 1-4W/cm2, heavy oil: 1W/cm;
(3) Mold heating: ordinary 1-4W/cm2, imitation imported: 6-8W/cm2, imported: 1-22W/cm2;
5. Wiring of single head heating tube:
(1) External wiring structure: stainless steel hard wire is led out from inside the heating tube, and high-temperature wire is connected from the outside. This process is the standard process;
(2) Internal lead structure: high-temperature flexible wire is directly led out from inside the heating tube. This wiring method has high process cost but good flexibility and is not easy to break;

Single head heating tubes are suitable for heating media where both ends cannot be connected, such as high and low temperature insertion heating of various molds and mechanical equipment, including stamping dies and other molds, cable machinery mold heads, castings, presses, packaging machines, bag making machines, flat vulcanizers, ice cream scoop machines, extrusion barrels, printers, fireplace ignition, bread machines, decoction machines, tin melting furnaces and other easy-melting metal melting furnaces, cutter heating, pipe welding threaded fasteners for heating water, oil, and acid-base solutions.
