| Our factory has developed various ceramic electric heaters based on international advanced products. They have a wide range of uses; the following is only a partial introduction. Ceramic heaters, also known internationally as flexible heaters, are made of high-quality nickel-chromium alloy wire cables, covered with high-purity alumina ceramic insulation parts to form crawler-type or rope-type heaters and other product forms. They can be made according to the shape and size of the workpiece, can be spliced, bent, and wrapped tightly around the workpiece for heating. They have the characteristics of wide application range, fast heating speed, high thermal efficiency, and convenient operation. The maximum surface temperature can reach 1050℃. Suitable for welding preheating and post-weld stress relief of various metal components, such as large towers, high-pressure vessels, bridges, and high-pressure pipelines. It can also be used for auxiliary heating of chemical pipelines and containers, both indoors and outdoors. It is currently the most advanced and practical local heating equipment. | ||
