Constant Temperature Explosion-Proof Tubular Electric Heater BGY-L-600mm 220V 3KW Introduction

Structure Overview

1. The oil heater is manufactured with advanced equipment and technology, featuring novel style, beautiful appearance, uniform heating, and high safety, making it an ideal heating device for explosion-proof places;
2. The oil heater uses high-quality thermal oil with good thermal conductivity and low consumption; large heating area, uniform heat dissipation; two heating power levels are available for customers to choose;
3. The oil heater is equipped with an automatic thermostat to adjust and maintain indoor temperature, and together with a thermal protector, it provides double insurance; safe and reliable, with no oxygen consumption.

Constant Temperature Explosion-Proof Tubular Electric Heater BGY-L-600mm 220V 3KW Installation Method
1. Unpack and take out the adjustable electric oil heater, check whether all parts are complete, and gently wipe the heater body with absorbent paper to check for any oil leakage;
2. Place the oil heater upside down on the floor; if you hear the sound of oil flowing, it is normal;
3. Screw on the nuts on the casters, then attach the casters to the caster plate, secure with the nuts, and insert into the groove of the last fin;
4. Screw on the wing nuts on the brackets, then pass the brackets through the groove of the oil heater fin, insert into the two holes of the caster plate, and tighten with the wing nuts;
5. After installing the casters, place the oil heater back to its normal position (casters touching the ground), wait until the sound of oil flowing stops, then connect to power for operation.
Usage Method
1. First, turn the thermostat knob to the highest position, then select the heating switch; there are two levels to make the oil heater work, and the power indicator light will be on;
2. When the indoor temperature reaches a comfortable level, turn the thermostat knob to a lower position until the indicator light turns off,
the oil heater stops working; the position indicated by the knob is the control point for the desired indoor temperature,
and the thermostat will automatically control and maintain this indoor temperature.

1. Mold Heating Tube
Common mold heating tubes do not require fixing; they are directly installed in the heating hole for heat transfer.
2. Single-Head Heating Tube
Single-head heating tubes include common types, L-shaped single-head heating tubes, baffle-type single-head heating tubes, and threaded single-head heating tubes.
(1) Common single-head heating tubes refer to those without baffles, threads, or other fixing methods; installation method: directly installed on a bracket; after drilling, fixed with copper sheets or other metal sheets around the tube (similar to baffle-type electric heating tubes); some use welding to fix the tube.
(2) L-shaped single-head heating tubes can generally be directly inserted and used in the application environment; no special fixing is required according to the installation instructions.
(3) Baffle-type heating tubes can be used directly or fixed by welding on the baffle.
(4) Threaded single-head heating tubes are installed by screwing the tube into the part to be fixed; threaded types are often used for heating liquids, and for applications with strict sealing requirements, welding can also be added on the original basis.
3. U-shaped Heating Tube, Flange Heating Tube, Finned Heating Tube
U-shaped heating tubes usually come with fasteners; they are generally installed directly using fasteners, or fixed with brackets or welding if no fasteners are used.
Flange electric heating tubes, as the name implies, are installed and fixed according to the flange installation method. Flange installation can generally be divided into connecting flanges (bolted) and welded flanges. In low-pressure or less stringent sealing requirements, connecting flanges can be used, fixed with bolts through existing or later-processed bolt holes with metal gaskets; in high-pressure or low-pressure large-diameter cases, welded flanges can be used, fixed by welding.
It can be said that basically all double-head heating tubes that require installation can be installed using fasteners.
