SRY2 SRY2-3 SRY4 Tubular Electric Heater
The working voltage shall not exceed 1.1 times its rated voltage value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
The dimension "B" in the figure must be fully immersed in oil (and checked regularly) to avoid burning. The heated oil should be free of corrosive gases.
3. The mounting hole size of this electric heater is Φ65mm.
4. This model heater is designed according to JB2379-78 flowing oil standard, with a surface load of 2-3.8 W/cm².
5. When selecting, the heating size should be determined based on the actual dimensions of the heating medium.
Note: This heater can be used directly in combination with SRY2 and SRY4 models.
Rated voltage: Single-phase 220V, Three-phase 380V
Working medium: Mineral oil and water, etc., with good heat dissipation effect
Surface heating power: 1KW~4KW 1.5W/cm², 5KW~8KW 2.5W/cm²
Working pressure: 0.6Mpa

Note: The mounting hole for SRY2 and SRY4 models is Ø72mm.
2. Working voltage tolerance: not greater than 1.1 times its rated value, the shell should be effectively grounded.
3. Working environment: relative humidity not greater than 95%, free of explosive and corrosive gases.
4. Metal tube material: 304 stainless steel.
5. Working temperature: SRY2, SRY3 is 300℃, SRY4 is 100℃.
6. Working pressure for SRY2 and SRY4 models is less than 2 kg/cm².
7. The length of the fastener for SRY3 model is 25mm.
Usage, Maintenance and Precautions
1. The dimension "B" in the overall dimension diagram must be fully immersed in oil to avoid damaging the element. The heated oil should be non-corrosive.
2. For SRY3 model, the working liquid level must be below the fastener and above the dimension line "B".
3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, reduce the voltage during use, and then increase to the rated voltage after melting to prevent heat concentration and reduce the service life of the element.
4. If carbon deposits are found on the tube surface, they must be removed before reuse to avoid reduced efficiency or even damage to the element.
5. The element should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, it can be restored by drying in an oven at about 200℃ for several hours (or by applying low voltage to the element for several hours).
