BGY2 Explosion-proof Electric Heater, BGY2 Explosion-proof Electric Heater Manufacturer
It is a device that converts electrical energy into heat energy for use in explosion-proof environments. It is used for raising, maintaining, and heating the temperature of flowing or static liquid, gaseous, and solid media.
1. Small size, high heating power;
2. Can heat various media in various occasions, such as explosion-proof environments;
3. Heating temperature can usually reach 720°C;
4. The heating system can be fully automated, including control via DCS system;
5. Long service life, with multiple protection systems, safe and reliable.
Usage, maintenance, and precautions:
1. The dimension "B" in the outline drawing must be fully immersed in the oil to avoid burning out the components.
2. The heated medium should be non-corrosive.
3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, reduce the voltage first, then increase to rated voltage after melting to prevent excessive heat concentration and reduce component lifespan.
4. If carbon deposits are found on the surface of the heating tube, remove the carbon completely before reuse to avoid reduced efficiency or even burning out the components.
5. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm after long-term storage, dry in an oven at about 200°C for several hours (or apply low voltage for several hours) to restore insulation resistance.
BGY2 Explosion-proof Electric Heater, BGY2 Explosion-proof Electric Heater Manufacturer
1. Heating of chemical materials in the chemical industry, drying of some powders under certain pressure, chemical processes, and spray drying.
2. Heating of hydrocarbons, including crude oil, heavy oil, fuel oil, thermal oil, lubricating oil, paraffin, etc.
3. Heating of process water, superheated steam, molten salt, nitrogen (air), water gas, and other fluids that require temperature increase.
4. Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous gas locations;
5. Environments with explosive gas or vapor of Class IIA, IIB, T1~T4 groups;
6. Due to the advanced explosion-proof structure, the equipment can be widely used in chemical, military, petroleum, natural gas, offshore platforms, ships, mining areas, etc.
