Mainly used for heating in open and closed solution tanks and circulation systems. It has the following advantages:
High surface power, 2 to 4 times the surface load of air heating.
Flanged electric heater
Highly compact and dense structure. Due to its short and dense overall design, it has good stability and requires no support for installation.
The combined type mostly uses argon arc welding to connect the heating tube to the flange, or it can use a fastening device form, where each heating tube is welded with a fastener. Then it is locked with a nut on the flange cover. The tube and fastener are welded by argon arc welding, ensuring no leakage. The sealing part of the fastener adopts scientific technology. Single tube replacement is very convenient, greatly saving future maintenance costs.
Select imported and domestic high-quality materials. Scientific production processes and strict quality management ensure excellent electrical performance of the heating tubes.
Overview and Working Principle
Flanged electric heater (also known as immersion electric heater): It uses U-shaped tubular electric heating elements, designed according to different heating medium specifications, assembled on the flange cover according to power configuration requirements, and inserted into the material to be heated. The large amount of heat generated by the heating element during operation is conducted to the heated medium, raising its temperature to meet the required process requirements. When the medium temperature reaches the set value required by the process, the control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater through PID calculation based on the temperature sensor signal, achieving temperature control of the resistive load of the heating element. This makes the medium temperature uniform and meets the requirements; when the heating element overheats or the liquid level is low, the interlock protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power to prevent the heating element from burning out, extending its service life.
