Characteristics of electromagnetic induction heating device:　(1) The electromagnetic induction heating method makes the heated body such as the barrel and die head generate heat by itself through electromagnetic induction, without heat conduction loss. Compared with traditional resistance wire heating rings (plates), it has high power density and high heat conversion efficiency. A single electromagnetic induction heating ring can replace 2-3 original heating rings, with obvious energy saving effect, and the electricity saving rate can reach 30%—75%.　
(2) The self-heating method of the heating body makes the temperature gradient in the radial direction of the heating body such as the barrel and die head small, the plastic raw material is heated evenly, the plasticizing process is sufficient, and the product quality can be improved.　
(3) Compared with the electric heating ring heating method, the preheating temperature rise is fast, and the heating time from room temperature to the required working temperature is shortened to about 60% of the original, which can increase production and reduce operating costs.　
(4) The electromagnetic induction heating ring is a specially customized high-temperature wire , with good insulation performance, high temperature resistance, and does not generate heat itself, so there is no high-temperature oxidation, long service life, and basically no maintenance cost in the later stage, saving the trouble and expenditure of replacing the heating ring (plate) for the enterprise, avoiding secondary investment.
