is an internationally popular high-quality long-life electric heating equipment. It is used for heating, heat preservation, and temperature raising of flowing liquid and gaseous media. When the heating medium passes through the heating chamber of the electric heater under pressure, the fluid thermodynamic principle is used to uniformly take away the huge heat generated by the electric heating elements during operation, so that the temperature of the heated medium meets the user's process requirements.

Explosion-proof Principle

Explosion-proof heaters are generally used in dangerous places where there is a possibility of explosion. Due to the presence of various flammable and explosive oils, gases, dusts, etc. in the surrounding environment, contact with electric sparks can cause an explosion. Therefore, explosion-proof heaters are required for heating in such occasions. The main explosion-proof measure of the explosion-proof heater is that there is an explosion-proof device in the junction box of the heater to eliminate the risk of electric spark ignition. For different heating occasions, the explosion-proof level requirements of the heater are also different, depending on the specific situation.

Working Principle

It is a device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the material to be heated. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters the input port through the pipeline under pressure, and along the specific heat exchange flow path inside the electric heating container, the path designed using fluid thermodynamic principles, takes away the high-temperature thermal energy generated by the electric heating elements during operation, so that the temperature of the heated medium rises, and the high-temperature medium meeting the process requirements is obtained at the outlet of the electric heater. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater according to the temperature sensor signal at the outlet, so that the temperature of the medium at the outlet is uniform; when the heating element is overheated, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply to avoid coking, deterioration, carbonization caused by overheating of the heating material, and in severe cases, burning out the heating element, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.
