Air Electric Heater Collects Electric Heating Element Temperature
1. The heat transfer oil heating system adopts Omron temperature control instruments from Japan, using PID self-tuning intelligent temperature control technology, with control accuracy up to ±0.1°C, accurately controlling the temperature within the set range; the main heating power supply uses thyristor control, with 0-100% stepless frequency conversion output, suitable for frequent switching.

2. The equipment is compact, reducing transportation costs. Due to its small footprint, it can be installed close to the heating equipment, saving installation costs, heat loss from pipelines, and excess cost of heat transfer oil in pipes.

3. Safety: Since the system only bears pump pressure, the heat transfer oil heating system has no explosion risk, making it safer.

4. Electric heating heat transfer oil furnace uses electricity as energy, without the environmental issues of traditional boilers, and is not restricted by environmental regulations.

5. Energy-saving: It recycles heat, consuming only a portion of the energy absorbed by the equipment. It does not require water treatment equipment and has no steam boiler issues such as steam leakage, water leakage, dripping, or heat loss. The heat utilization rate is very high, saving about 50% energy compared to steam boilers.

Electric heating heat transfer oil furnaces are widely used in high-temperature setting, plate heating, rubber, drying, printing and dyeing, chemical industry, plywood production, waterproof membrane production, asphalt heating, non-woven fabric calender, FRP hot press, molds, drying rooms, ovens, and other heat-demanding industries.

The fast energy-saving steam furnace consists of a vaporization chamber, electric heater, water level controller, and water storage tank. The vaporization chamber is equipped with an ultra-thin integrated electric heating element, with high power and low heat capacity. The amount of water in the vaporization chamber is very small, just enough to submerge the electric heating element. The vaporization chamber automatically replenishes water through the water level controller and water storage tank. The electricheater air electric heater, due to the small amount of water heated and the high power and low heat capacity of the electric heating element, can generate a large amount of steam in seconds to over ten seconds. With automatic water replenishment, it can continuously supply a large amount of steam. A miniature temperature probe is embedded in the electric heating element, allowing the electric heater to accurately and timely collect the temperature signal of the electric heating element. On one hand, it controls the temperature of the vaporization chamber; on the other hand, when there is dry heating without water, the air electric heater can quickly cut off the power, protecting the electric heating element from
