Product Introduction:
Widely used in petroleum, chemical and other industries for heating liquids and gases flowing or stationary in tanks and containers. The heating part of the immersion electric heater is completely immersed in the medium, while the electrical junction box is outside the tank or container. Its features are:
1. 100% of the generated heat is transferred to the medium, resulting in extremely high thermal efficiency.
2. The electrical junction box is made of flameproof structure, allowing safe operation in Zone I and Zone II explosive atmospheres.
3. Protection level reaches IP56, enabling long-term operation in outdoor and marine environments.
4. Typical temperature measurement points are set inside, allowing the electrical temperature control device to detect whether the heater is overheating and control it in time to prevent damage.
